The file you'll download is a .zip-file containing the port version of the game. In order to read .zip-files, use WinZip or WinRAR. Both programs are free.

.: Installing

1. Open up the .zip-file with either WinRAR or WinZip. Extract the files in a new folder.

2. Look for your copy of Duke3D and copy the file called "duke3d.grp" to the directory where you have extracted the files of the JonoFport.

This .grp-file contains all textures, sprites, sounds, music and levels from the game. Whether you have the .grp-file of the demo, normal version or the Atomic Edition doesn't matter.

3. Run "Setup.exe" and make sure the video-settings are set on 32bpp to make use of the new 3D-renderer Polymost, the resolution as well as the rest of the configuration is up to you.

4. Click on "Save and run Duke" to save your settings and play the game.
