.: The basic rules

Everyone is free to send in his or hers own written review about a user-map for Duke Nukem 3D and/or the other versions (Atomic Edition and the thirdparty add-ons). For the time being, I only allow reviews of user-maps and not Modifications or Total Conversions.

Reviews must fulfill the next requirements;
1. Your review is not about your own work but someone else's.

2. Only reviews about maps which haven't been reviewed on this site are allowed.

3. Use constructive criticism and not plain words like "Wow, this map totally rocks, you must play it!!11".

4. Send in your review along with the map itself or a good downloadlink. Also, please include at least 2 screenshots of the map in 800x600 .jpg-format. Maximum number of screenshots is 5 per map.

5. Reviews are about maps which are done and released, not work-in-progress stuff.

6. Only maps with their original Authoring Document (sort of readme-file) can be submitted.

7. Keep your reviews length about around 300 words. You don't need to write a book about how good or bad a map is, nor a small collumn.

8. Ratings can be given from 1 to 10. Ofcourse ratings with one decimal are allowed such as 6,7 or 8,5.

.: Getting credit for your reviews

Each reviewer and map author has his own profile which can be viewed by clicking on the name in either the review index or on the reviewpages. When you submit a mapreview for the first time I'll be creating a new profile with your details. The minimum I need is a username, max. 10 characters long. It must be unique and therefore not already exist or make a very close resembles with an existing username.

Optional information is;
- URI of your website.
- Email address
- An avatar (100x100 pixels, .jpg format only.)
- MSN, AIM, ICQ and/or YIM address (max. 30 characters long).
- Gender (Male/Female)
- Date of birth
- Location
